With over 10 years of experience in labour relations and human resource management, she supports a wide range of organizations—from non-profits to hospitality and small businesses—helping them build strong teams, navigate tricky workplace issues, and create respectful, healthy work environments.

Chantel has a focused background in labour relations, including negotiating first collective agreements, providing collective agreement interpretation, handling grievance meetings, and supporting clients through Labour Board and Human Rights Tribunal processes. She’s also passionate about training teams on respectful workplace practices and providing hands-on HR support—whether it’s developing policies, writing handbooks, helping with employee relations, or offering advice when unexpected challenges pop up.

After earning her Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University, Chantel has been putting her knowledge into action ever since. She’s passionate about making HR approachable, helping organizations solve people challenges with practical solutions that fit their real-world needs.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her baking up something sweet or out on the trails with her daughter and dog, exploring the parks of the Fraser Valley.
